Project Management
Needs assessments guide priorities like education, livelihoods, or health programs. Realistic workplans with timeframes and responsibilities keep projects on track. Monitoring and evaluation measure impact and suggest improvements.

Partnership Building
Strong connections of EMFERD at national and regional levels facilitates information sharing and advocacy efforts. Collaboration with local government offices and businesses garners additional support.

Inclusion and Empowerment
EMFERD leadership positions for people with disabilities are paired with capacity building that empowers communities to drive their own development. Open communication ensures the voices and needs of members remain central to the organization’s direction.
