About Us

EMFERD is a non-profit organization dedicated to providing access to quality care and support for individuals with disabilities living in rural communities. Our team of experienced healthcare professionals specializes in community-based rehabilitation and physiotherapy services, bringing care and support directly to individuals in rural settings. We understand that individuals with disabilities in rural areas may face additional barriers to accessing care, including transportation and financial constraints. That’s why we offer our services at little or no cost to our patients, and we work with local organizations and communities to address these barriers. At EMFERD, we strive to provide the highest quality of care and support to empower individuals with disabilities to reach their full potential.

EMFERD was founded in 2011 with the mission of providing quality care and support for individuals with disabilities living in rural communities. Our organization has since grown to become one of the leading providers of community-based rehabilitation and physiotherapy services in the country. We believe everyone deserves access to quality care, regardless of their location or capabilities, and are committed to providing the best possible support for individuals with disabilities in rural areas. In addition to our services, we also work closely with local organizations and communities to address the unique challenges these individuals may face.
